Third-party payment locations and websites are NOT affiliated with the Co-op, and payments made through these sources cannot be guaranteed. When in doubt about any contact from the Cooperative, simply hang up and call us at 800-279-0496 to confirm.
Members may pre-pay for any electricity they use. This payment option will allow Members to choose their own payment schedule, purchase electricity when it is convenient, and monitor daily use. Plus, the Member can avoid paying a security deposit. Notification will be made when the account drops to a specific monetary level, chosen by the Member.
A telephone line for payments is available 24-hours a day. Simply call 800-927-5334 and use a debit/credit card or e-check to make the payment. If you call the business office, a Member Account Representative will forward you to the automated payment system.
