Mary White Retires After15 Years in FEC Office Her last work day at Farmers' Electric will be Tuesday, August 31. Her first work day at the FEC office in Chillicothe was May 16,1995. Mary White has decided it's time to retire as a customer service representative with FEC.
"I love to do anything creative," said Mary. "Anything with arts and crafts." She also plans to spend time gardening with her husband, Larry, at her rural home northwest of Chillicothe. Mary has a daughter, four stepchildren, 13 grandchildren and two great grandchildren to keep her busy, too. "I have to keep busy so I plan to volunteer for some things, too, just as long as I can keep in the background," Mary said. Mary said the favorite part of her job was meeting the people where she worked at the front counter. "I loved meeting all of the different people," she said. "I would learn everything from gardening tips to the family history of our members. It was so interesting." Have a great retirement, Mary. |
